Straightforward billing

Pay for connected interpreting — not waiting.

InterpretLink measures service usage against connected interpreting time. For prepaid customers, only connected time is deducted from the available balance. For contracted organisations, monthly billing is based on actual connected interpreting usage according to the agreed commercial rate.

Waiting for an interpreter, unsuccessful connection attempts and time before the interpreting connection is established are not treated as delivered interpreting time.

Quality built into the service

Professional interpreting is more than connecting two telephone numbers.

InterpretLink combines interpreter preparation, eligibility controls, approved language coverage and customer feedback to support consistent service quality. Quality is not treated as a one-time onboarding decision.

Interpreter preparation

Structured learning modules help prepare interpreters for professional telephone interpreting and service standards.

Eligibility and language approval

Interpreter access is controlled through onboarding, approval and language checks rather than open registration alone.

Customer feedback

Customers can provide private service feedback through their secure account after completed interpretations.

Continuous quality cycle

Preparation → approval → service → feedback → quality review.

A structured learning pathway before interpreting work begins.

Interpreter learning covers professional practice, confidentiality, telephone interpreting, specialist contexts, safeguarding, language quality, system use and continuing development.
