InterpretLink legal policies
Accessibility statement
Effective 18 August 2026. InterpretLink aims to provide a clear, low-friction service that can be used across desktop and mobile, including by disabled people and people with access needs.
1. Our accessibility target
InterpretLink uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its product accessibility target. This is a target and testing standard, not a claim that the service has been independently certified as fully conformant. We will not make a stronger conformance claim unless appropriate evidence supports it.
2. Measures built into the service
- keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus states;
- semantic headings, landmarks, labels and status text;
- responsive layouts intended to support mobile, tablet and desktop use;
- plain-language actions and restrained motion;
- status information that does not rely on colour alone;
- telephone access for the live interpreting path so the core service does not depend on browser audio.
3. Known limitations and ongoing testing
Accessibility is an ongoing operational responsibility. Some combinations of assistive technology, browser, device, zoom level or authenticated portal workflow may expose limitations not identified in routine testing. We continue to test keyboard use, zoom, reflow, contrast and screen-reader behaviour and record material limitations for remediation.
We do not claim that every third-party telephone network, payment interface or external provider is controlled by Quiz & Rise Ltd. Where a third-party component creates an access barrier, we will seek a reasonable alternative or adjustment where practicable.
4. Reasonable adjustments and alternative support
If you need help using InterpretLink or a reasonable adjustment, contact support@quizandrise.com. Tell us the page or service step that is difficult, the device or assistive technology you are using where relevant, and your preferred way to receive a response. Please do not include sensitive interpreting case details unless they are necessary to arrange the adjustment.
Requests will be considered individually. Where reasonable and practicable, we may provide information in an alternative format, adapt a process, offer a supported route or make another adjustment appropriate to the barrier.
5. Reporting an accessibility problem
Accessibility problems may be reported to support@quizandrise.com. Formal complaints may be sent to complaints@quizandrise.com. We will triage reported barriers and record material issues for remediation.
6. Review standard and updates
Testing and remediation are measured against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2and relevant equality-law duties that apply to our service. We will update this statement when material accessibility information changes and review the reasonable-adjustment process as the service develops.
